Mesobryanthemum – Delosperma cooperi

Mesembryanthemum – Delosperma cooperi – a succulent perennial that spreads rapidly and creates large, dense surfaces and is often used as a soil cover. The flower is pink, 3-5 cm, opens in the bright sun and closes in the late afternoon. It thrives best in direct sunlight and poor soil. It is most commonly planted in the coastal area because it is resistant to strong winds and sea salt. Withstands up to -20 ⁰C.
