Lavandula angustifolia

Lavandula angustifolia – perennial, shrubby plant 50-80 cm high. It is very decorative, pleasant in smell and healing. The flowers are purple in color, vertebrae arranged in long, classy flowers. It blooms from June to July, and is harvested all summer. Lavender is a plant of the Mediterranean climate and although it is rarely found in continental regions, it is equally well managed.
