Yucca gloriosa

Yucca gloriosa – a permanent, evergreen plant that grows up to 250 cm in height. It suits the sunny area, nutritious and leaky land, but grows slowly and does not bloom every year. The flowers are white, large, bell-shaped, clustered into upright, petiole-shaped inflorescences over 2 meters high. It blooms from June to September. It also tolerates low temperatures and can be grown outside in the continental area. In winter, it would be good to remove a thick layer of snow if it falls, and in the spring to cut off leaves that have browned and become inconspicuous. The name of the species gloriosa is a Latin word and means magnificent.
