William pear
William pear – a well valued variety, confirmed by the fact that other pears are judged by the standard of the William pear itself. Thus, in the professional literature everything is explained according to the William pear, for example, for some sort of pear we say that it ripens 14 days after William, etc. In our conditions it ripens from August 10 to August 20, when medium-sized fruits are spotted on the trees. The flesh of the fruit is light yellow in color, very juicy, soluble in the mouth, with a characteristic nutty aroma. In addition, it contains a lot of fine acids and sugar which makes it a very tasty and prized fruit for a wide range of consumers.
