Lemon – Meyer Improved

Lemon – Meyer Improved – grows to a height of 3 m. This variety of lemons has a more rounder fruit than classic lemons. The bark is extremely fragrant and thin, deep yellow in color. Unlike the lemon from the market (Lisbon or Eureka), the Meyer fruits are sweeter and have a less acidic taste. Unlike ordinary Meyer, the Improved variety does not contract the CTV virus (Citrus Tristeza Virus). This seedling must be brought into a protected area during the winter.
